The best way to cultivate happiness and joy. An award-winning self-help book. Page-turner. I couldn't get terrible ideas out of my head after losing one of my best friends. My negative thoughts trailed me around like demons. I wanted to do whatever I could to feel well and enjoy my life once more. After consulting with many physicians, I ended up giving this book a shot and read it from beginning to end.
