Exactly what I was looking for . : )

When I first opened this item I thought it was going to be fabulous, I used it only once it was scared to use it again as the grease was running off of the side corners not catching in the rail and I was cooking over an open flame this concerned me! I was not able to clean it up very easily as it cooked my food so hard to it even after using a professional liquid butter oil as they do in restaurants. I returned this item

The so called cross bracing failed and the griddle warped. told the seller and nothing was done. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

This is a terrific addition to our large Weber grill! I have done burgers and fish on it and they were done beautifully and quickly! I also did seafood burgers - shrimp and cod - and they cooked beautifully. My husband is dying to do pancakes on the grill now that we have the "flat top". It is very easy to clean and I used Bar Keepers Friend. It came out looking brand new. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a "flat top".

The product warped after one use and went straight to the trash can.
