This is amazing value for the money. Holds charge very well. It has been one month and my toothbrush is still charged. Everything works as advertised. One pet peeve is that that water tank on the cordless flosser runs out quick. I understand that it can only hold so much water in order to remain travel friendly (which is important to me), which is why I did not deduct points in the rating. I always have to refill the water flosser to get the amount of time I need out of it. If that is something that will be a deal breaker for you, pass on this product. I am impressed and do not mind quickly refilling the water, takes seconds. I looove the way it looks. I got the white and it is super pretty and high quality.

I waited until I had had a teeth cleaning at my dentist’s office before submitting this review. I had felt that both the water pik and the electric toothbrush had cleaned my teeth quite thoroughly for the two months I used it before the cleaning and I was right. The hygienist said she barely found any plaque or tarter (sp?) and my teeth practically sparkled. Along with the good pik spray and the very fast movement (practically supersonic) of the soft brush, the two features that I really love are 1) the battery life (charged once in two months) and 2) the 30 second signal on the toothbrush (a split second hesitation) to help you keep track of one minute on upper and lower. The brush automatically stops after two minutes, but you can stop it early if you want. I’m very pleased with this set and I would not hesitate to buy it again.

At first, I was spraying water everywhere because I’d forget to partially close my mouth! But now that I have the hang of it, I can already tell (in just two days—REALLY—that my teeth and gums are already getting healthier. Holding the water flossed is kinda awkward and not easy, and the unit is heavy to hold up for two minutes! The brushes are the right softness (I wish I knew where to buy sensitive brushes for the unit I bought, but I couldn’t find any on Amazon. Good value for the $. Next time make it easier to hold onto for two mins’ straight when it’s wet!! Satisfied with different speeds.

This is not a brand I’m familiar with, however I took the time to read the specs and it seemed to be everything I was looking for. The price is great for the two items. Appears to be well-made and very sleek looking and I love the black color. But most importantly they both work really well. I charged them the day I got them and it’s been a week now and I have not needed to charge either yet!I’m hoping I can get some longevity out of the toothbrush and the water Flosser. Plus the manufacturer includes several heads for both.My only concern would just be where I can order more attachments when needed. Hope this helps!

Loved brushing and using water puck!

UPDATE 8/16/23: After sending multiple request to the seller for the replacement brush information there has been NO response. Lowered from 4 to 3 stars due to zero customer service.Everything works beyond expectations. The only issue is that there are no replacement brushes. Amazon lists a white brush head but no longer lists the black. I reached out to the seller through Amazon and did not receive a reply.

The media could not be loaded.  I really wanted to like this product I bought 2 sets one for my wife and one for me. In under 3 months mine stopped working. As the video shows when I press the button the light flashes and that's it. The brush motor does not turn on. And now my wife's tooth brush is doing the same thing. The light comes on but no action.I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews most of my reviews are usually good. But I work too hard for my money just as many of you. This toothbrush set was too expensive to stop working like this.
