we put them in a box and toners are in perfect condition

Good morning,Have you bought from me before and find that it does not work?I sell current product in sealed retail HP boxes. When it comes to toner cartridges, they have at least a shelf life of over a year after manufacturer date stamped on the retail box.If you were to buy ink and not toner, the possibility id great that it may not work since liquid ink could dry up, but you are asking me about powder toner cartridge and they usually do not go bad, sometime even after a couple of years, that is if you buy original HP toners and not after market.Thank you for the question.
