Q: Has anyone had issues pinching off the air supply while sleeping on your side?

Happens all the time. I believe there is enough capacity for the air to flow through the other side to keep the pressure properly regulated. The nasal cushion doesn't care if its coming from the left or right side of the mask as long as there is air flowing through at least one side it should give you enough pressure to maintain your airway into both nostrils, even if one side becomes occluded from sleeping on your side.
