Excellent choice if you looking for a rear basket that you can take with you into the shops so you don't have to worry about buying more than you can carry.Despite being made of wire, this basket is really sturdy. It also holds weight really well. I have yet to have it fall off (though I secure it with bungee cables just in case).My only feedback would be that it would be nice if they could modify the handles so that it is easier to carry. With heavier items in the basket, the thin wire on the handles can dig into the hands quite a bit.

I wanted an inexpensive basket for trips to the market on my ebike. The basket is sturdy enough and I like the handle. I went to the hardware store and purchased wingnuts and bolts and washer for secure attachment and easier release. Good value for the cost.

I had been trying to find a basket for my bike but many of the ones I found were around $40, I think that's just too much to spend on a bike basket. I was considering just buying a wooden one from a craft store, or attaching a milk crate for a fraction of the price but I didn't want it to look too DIY cause ill be using my bike to commute to work. I found this one on Amazon. I got it for $20 which is a great price. There are hooks/ bars/ protruding metal on the bottom which is supposed to attach and fit on and under your rear bike rack. Mine didn't fit, even after using tools to aggressively widen the bars. I just used zip ties to keep it on.Quality: The construction does seem a little flimsy as it bends pretty easy and the bottom panel looks like it was attached with rubber rather than it being one complete piece of wire mesh.Size: It is also a little small, I bought a cheap small backpack to put in it and house my tools, repair kit, snacks and other day trip accessories.Overall: I'm pleased so far, and for the price I'm comfortable taking the risk that someone will cut the zip ties and take my basket while Its locked up outside. The small size and flimsy construction have me take off two stars, but the low price adds another.

The price was right on this thing and it's reasonably well made, but it's not an ideal fit. See other reviews for a more detailed discussion of how you attach it to a rack that has the spring loaded arm on it. Ideally, you lift up the arm, slide the hooks on the underside of the basket into the front rack rail and then hook the spring arm onto the end of the basket. Unfortunately, the interior width on the underside hooks of the basket is about 42mm (see picture) and there are two support bars on my rack with an outer width of 60mm (see other picture). So the hooks won't slide in straight as they're designed to do. I am, however able to jam them in kind of askew. So it does work, but it isn't a perfect fit. Not sure if there's a way to redesign this basket, so the spacing between the two hooks is adjustable or perhaps to make a second version with hooks that are more widely spaced. That might make it a good choice for more people. Even askew, I'd say this basket is more secure on my bike that another one I have. Perhaps my measurements will help another potential buyer get a better sense of whether this basket will meet their needs.

I had this basket for quite some time and now it got stolen together with my bike. The problem with this basket is that it is made for mostly European style rear racks. I did not realize it when I bought it and tried many ways to fit the basket on my rear rack. I finally ended up flattening out the hooks and fastening the basket with zip ties to the rack, which of course did not allow me to take it on and off. As I am now forced to buy everything new, I am trying to find a rack which would work with the basket, because I like the basket. It is a nice design, it is lightweight and it is not expensive. So I am grateful for the one reviewer, who pointed out which rack works.I have to say that at the end my basket was pretty battered, as it is not very sturdy and I used it to transport sometimes heavy stuff in it. But I think it is ideal for grocery shopping and logging all that stuff around, I like to have with me on my bike.I would give it a five if it would work with all rear racks.Actually when I got the new basket I found that it was different from my first one. It looks a little bit sturdier than my first one and is also slightly differently constructed. As I now have the correct rack it is very easy to use. I just hook it on the rack (I use one bungee cord to secure it a little bit more} and off I go to the grocery store. I take the basket into the store and load my groceries directly into it. As I hate plastic bags, it is ideal for me.

This was the best basket I found on amazon that wasn't overpriced. Working much better than my old plastic milk crate! It mounts really well on my bicycle's rear mount, and I'm able to carry a lot of groceries in it. I'm very happy!

Nice and large, holds two small grocery bags. Easy to mount if you have the right rear rack. I kinda do so found the spot where I can hook in. Then I added a bungee cord to make sure it does not come off. But will probably switch the cord out for zip ties. For 15 bucks, it's a deal and a half.

When I read the reviews, I was hesitated to buy due to mostly negative reviews. However, this is one of the most affordable baskets on Amazon. Most of the pricing at 30 and up. With 11.99, I decided to give this basket a try.Upon arrival, I am surprised how well made and also sturdy especially slide mounting on the rear rack. Without any additional tightening, she decided to take it for a spin with some items on the basket. After approximately 2 miles of riding on the local street, everything is still intact.Overall, she's very happy with the basket. With the ability to remove and shop in the market is a plus. No one wants to use the dirty store basket due to the recent pandemic. This is a bargain and a well-made basket. Only 11.99, I highly recommend it.

The wire coated basket is great quality and due to the coating it should resist rusting for a bit longer. However, it really does not have any real mounting options and a complete lack of mounting hardware or instructions. The size is great and it fits nicely on a front or rear rack, but it is not designed to mount to handlebars. Due to the lack of mounting hardware, I ended up using zip ties which worked fantastic to mount if very, very securely to my rack. Suggest they ship it with about 10 zip ties and users should be able to mount this to almost any rack.

Great sized basket! It didn’t feel quite secure on my rack. I went for a test ride and it was fine but I turned to check every few minutes so I just zip tied it for peace of mind. I got some small snips and extra ties for my bag in case I really wanted to take it on and off but so far I’ve just left it. Why waste more plastic... but it’s the perfect size and is really handy. Back baskets are the way to go so the extra weight is behind me instead of infront on the handlebars.

This basket took my bike from blah to wow. The basket is deep enough to hold a couple full bags of groceries without fear of dropping them. I zap strapped them to my bike but if you use bungee cords you can easily shop with your basket and return it back to your bike. I also purchased a bike seat which this sits on. Overall very pretty. I bought tire spoke candy that I attached to the basket to make it look prettier.

Very happy. Did not fit with my back rack but I made it work and reinforced it with zip ties. You can see in the picture if the basket will work for your bike without any adjustments as it is just a latch. Good sturdy basket that I put my large bag into everyday.Edit: This is actually my second same basket now as I switched bikes, and missed the basket on my new bike!

Well made and pretty but doesn’t fit well on my bike. I used zip ties to attach and it has been working well. I carry my back pack in it to and from work everyday or can carry about two full bags of groceries.
