This was a hit or miss purchase. My first order had damaged and missing parts. I requested an exchange and sure thing, it works well. The installation is easy towards the wall for me. The quality is not heavy duty but it will hold. For the price, this is very affordable and is useful. The only difficult time I had, was adjusting the angle of the projector while tightening the hex screws. It makes it a little challenging to tight those 2 screws while trying to maintain your adjusted angles. So, a minus for the adjustment head.(Where the four clamps for the projector are located)

Looks great, but is hard to adjust and stay in place if trying to use it for a home theater framed screen. Ended up using it in the garage on the wall so the adjustments holding to a precise location wasn’t needed.

It took literally forever to find a ceiling mount that fit my Epson projector, so I was particularly happy this one fit. It was rapidly delivered. The package was intact and everything that needed to be there was inside. The instructions were short but clear. The only thing I might have added is that it's important to ensure the mount is centrally located when fastened to the projector, though you can adjust it after it's up, and it's physically impossible to get it up by yourself - depending on the weight of your projector, you need two strong individuals to get this baby up, but I reckon that's the same for all ceiling mounts. Anyways, so far, I'm very happy.

I got this as Amazon recommended it.Price cheap, parents classic line” you get what you pay for.”I have probably 4-7 hours messing with this.5Hardware store twice. Spent more on screws washers to replace junky parts. I wish I got a better more expensive. This really doesn’t fit the Sony 5000.Funny me, stupid thinking. Hey, I’ll spend $5000.00On projector ……… to have it dangle (from Forrest Gumps childhood term hanging from tree branches.)My expensive projector.Good luck.

Fits my larger epson 3800 projector have to crank down the bolts a bit to get to stay but it's usually a set it and forget it thing. Would recommend at this price point.
