This was 99% perfection!! The only suggestion I’d make to the company is to put the “trough” that goes around the edge (for catching juice) on the back side! That way you could chop & dice on the back and preserve the personalized side for display!! My son & his new wife don’t think they’ll use this because they don’t want to mess it up!Other than that, this board is as GORGEOUS as it is sturdy & well made!This is the 3rd or 4th one I’ve ordered for a wedding gift so I promise you, it’s worth it! This time, I ordered the largest one.

Perfect for a wedding gift
This is such a perfect piece. I ordered the Cherry one - the wood color, grain and finish is just beautiful. The layout design is classic and elegant. The engraving is clean and deep. Not like the cheap ones you see in the stores like Walmart or Ross.I was hesitant to buy at first because this is a little pricier compared to the other listings. But I'm glad I chose this one. Worth every penny I spent.Just Beautiful.I didn't have it gift wrapped so that I can check the spelling and quality before I'll give it to somebody.

Absolutely Beautiful!
We purchased this as a 5th year wedding anniversary gift for my niece and her husband. They were beyond thrilled with the chopping block. They thought the built in handles was a great idea and agreed completely that placing the juice groove on the side opposite of the engraving was a perfect choice. We all were thrilled with this gift.
