Q: Would these be stable enough for a mid-sized moving head like the Intimidator 375Z? Currently using vertical truss on baseplate.

The boom on this stand is aluminum, not steel. So when I put a heavier clamp on it, the clamp dented the aluminum. The light you are using may have a different kind of clamp that doesn’t cause this problem. Also, you definitely need a stage weight or sandbag to hold it down properly.

Q: Can you put a t-bar on top?

Q: does it come w bags for the plates ?

It comes with a bag for the Poole but no bag for the base plate
