Nantucket Bike Basket CoTuckernuck Classic Basket

Love this basket! It is woven all the way, so no board at the bottom to break. I have it on my 7 speed mint green beach cruiser and it looks so cute!! I posted a pic on Facebook and got a lot of likes and comments. I can carry my kryptonite bike lock, phone, 2 water bottles and wetwipes for rides with my grandkids to the park or just around the neighborhood on our many hike and bike trails. The basket just makes my bike look so perfect, I'm so happy I spent a little time doing research and ended up with this Tuckernuck by Nantucket. Buy it for yourself today!!

I decided to get this basket because I loved the shape. I was originally considering one of the Lightship styles, but realized that it wouldn’t be as durable. It’s not so much an issue of quality, as it is being made of a more delicate weave. The Cisco and Tuckernuck styles are much more hardy.I will say there are some quality control issues. I highly recommend Amazon as a seller, because then it will be easy to exchange. I got a basket with straps that were in poor condition, so I tried again and they were fine.

I love this basket! The shape is unique. The adjustable leather straps make it easy to install. I have an electric bike and there is wiring across the handlebar. I also have a headlight. I was concerned for the fit, but it is just what I needed. I was hesitant due to the higher price, but it appears to be of good quality.

Nantucket Bike Basket Co is known for quality and this basket doesn’t disappoint. I’m thrilled with this basket. The style & coloration are perfect! I’m using it right now on my knee scooter as there’s no reason not to be stylish while injured lol. I’ll be putting it on my beach cruiser once I’m all healed up. 5 stars all the way!

This basket just made my new bike look like a beach cruiser. I love it. It has a worn looking patina and has plenty of room to throw in the mail, a jacket, purse ... anything you might need on your errands.

Absolutely loved this basket until I removed it from my bike before leaving town. I noticed the basket left deep scratches and a rusty color where it sat on my bike. My bike was brand new when I bought the basket and it’s kept in my garage all year long. I don’t know why the scratches are so deep and rusty in color. I wouldn’t have bought this basket had I known it would rub my bike raw. My bike’s paint is ruined. Not worth it.

I really like my new Nantucket Bike Basket. It looks good hanging from my bicycle handle bar. I have only put light objects in it and do not plan on putting anything heavy, but it does seem to be sturdy. I would recommend it.

Basket came with beat up corners and wood sticking out. Not sure how long this basket will last.

Seems very well made. Looks great on the bike. Size is perfect, holds a lot! Easy to install.

Beautiful basket, but this appears to be a factory second. Some of the wicker is cracked on the bends and the name plate has black marks on it
