Using a pair of these under my center console. They appear to be made well and are pretty bright!

You can purchase lights for your boat that range in price from almost nothing to extremely expensive. These lights are a great value that are well made and easy to install. This is one of two lights made by Black Oak that I own. The company obviously takes pride in their well built products that are easy to install and built to last.The light itself comes with plenty of wire to get the splices out of the weather in a dry location. It is bright enough to allow me to tie up gear before dawn while fishing but not so bright that it’s overwhelming. I used it on my drift boat but it would work well for a bunch of marine applications from courtesy, cabin or cockpit lights to beck lights on a smaller boat. They are a very good option as a single light to illuminate a set of controls or a rigging station. Using several lights they are bright enough to illuminate your boat’s cabin or aft deck.A good value for good quality lighting.

Put them on my boat for courtesy lights super bright seem to be well made the pictures were taking in the daylight around 5pm and they are still bright I would call it a win very satisfied

This light is very solid and comes with a fitted rubber mounting piece that fits like a glove. The light looks great and is very stylish. It will make a great addition to my pontoon boat I'm refurbishing. I put a 9 volt battery on it to check the light and it's bright even with the lower voltage. The wire is long enough to mount in most places on a boat without the splice being in view. With it being LED, it should last a long time. Overall I'm very satisfied, the only thing left to test is the longevity, and only time will tell!
