Product was working when I first try it out but unable to work 2 weeks later. I bought twice and the first one is still working but not this 2nd piece. Contacted the customer service but gave useless advice.

Great to have photos and videos backed up, one off cost. It’s great

I was only able to use this device once. after which it stopped being read on my iPhones and laptops... as a result, I lost my photos and videos.... for that kind of money there should be at least some guarantees! do not buy this dubious product!!!!!!!!!!! i try many time more and more back my saved file but....i just can't do nothing with this device ಠ_ಠ

USB typeCにも対応しているような説明だが、USB3.0とmicroUSBとLightning端子しかない
