Great item
I have now purchase 2 of these. Makes the best iced coffee. Chills hot coffee in seconds. It also chill tequila and beer in a flash. Easy to use. Super easy to clean. I keep it in my freezer at all times. And I can usually use it twice in a row for 2 cups of ice coffee. I highly recommend this product.

Ignore the naysayers.... It's FABULOUS 🤩
I waited a week to write this. I'm beyond impressed. Had the hyperchiller before this. That had some issues.... It was hard to grasp in one hand, would swell in the freezer and sometimes sit with a bump on the bottom from the swelling.... And I decided to take a chance on the wirsh and hoped for an upgrade. Wirsh exceeded all expectations. For people with cracking.... This needs to be said.... READ INSTRUCTIONS. It clearly says not to put the lid on in the freezer. The lid is only used when you bring it out, fill it with coffee and to aid in cooling that coffee down. So..... No issues with cracking. I LOVE the design. From an engineering standpoint this thing rocks. The ridges stop all problems with warping which the hyperchiller has on the inner stainless part. Water to ice is a high stress so the ridges can stop this. Thank you Wirsh..... I plan on buying another soon for my craft room.

It cracked 3rd time I used it.
UPDATE: After returning this item due to cracking, the seller emailed me numerous times from different email addresses offering $20, $25, $30, $40 AND FINALLY $50 to remove my review. It's annoying, not cool and was over the top. I let amazon know after the first 2 emails but they didn't appear to do anything as the seller continued to email me .I used twice and it was ok but 3rd time was NOT a charm. It cracked... Also, the top lid with the red stopper is difficult to remove after you take it out of the freezer. It seems to freeze onto the lid of the cup so you have to run under hot water before you can brew coffee into it. And another thing, the metal cups are a little sharp on the top edges and difficult to clean since the space between the little and larger metal cup is small.

Easy to use, works well, cracked in 7 months.
I found this product extremely easy to use and it works very well. I use it mainly to make iced coffee, ice tea, and Boba tea like beverages. However, mine broke today. It cracked down the side and the crack appears to be caused by the act of freezing the container over and over. I really liked the product and I got it on a good sale, but considering it only lasted 7 months I'm not sure it's worth repurchasing.

so far, so good
I have purchased a similar item from a different company in the past. That one did not last a month. Let's see how long this one lasts. I only used it once so far and it appears to have been made with better quality than the other brand. It does cool the coffee down and it is easy to use.update, it is working great, and no leaks!

Great product with one minor flaw
This is a wonderful product. Simple to use and it cools down my coffee. One suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the "Max" indicator inside the cup to be more legible (maybe a different color or put a corresponding one on the outside or both). I literally can't see it without shining a flashlight inside. It's not enough of a flaw to lose a ⭐ and over time I'm sure I'll just sort of know where it is.

it works but there are so many caveats so not recommended
I had expected that the quantity of coffee chilled will be the size of my large Starbucks coffee mug but I already knew that it wasn't so when I got it and disassembled it for washing and setup. I can pour about half of my Starbucks coffee mug into the chiller before it overflows and splashes everywhere. So I figure I would do it in two passes; chill half of my coffee and pour it into another identical Starbucks coffee mug than chill the other half of my coffee. As a result of the two pass chilling all I got was tepid almost chilled but not chilled coffee; I was so disappointed. In addition a block of coffee was frozen to the bottom of the metal well. Here is the thing, the large size of the chiller makes you think that you should be able to chill 17oz or more but if you read the description it says 369 grams fooling you to think that 369 grams is a lot but in reality it is only 13.02 oz which is a teeny tiny coffee cup. Like who drinks a teeny tiny coffee of which all of us orders Grande, super xtra large. Here are the caveats; why do they provide a lid (do not use it) that freezes on the cup permanently and requires rinsing in hot water to get the lid off and not only that it freezes on to the cup it has a twist to lock, like who is the desiginer of this thing? oh wait you are suppose to pour the coffee into the cup than lock the lid on so the coffee won't spill, ok mystery solved. Second caveat is the 369 grams of chilled coffee; absolutely too little. Third Caveat: difficult to wash and sharp metal edges that can slice and dice all fingers. I just threw away a small long thin brush because there was no cups that needed to be washed until now. I just don't understand why! build a long deep metal container that is impossible to wash. I mean all I could do was pour dishwashing detergent into the metal well and swish it around and to think that would clean it enough on first wash? there was absolutely nothing I could do to wash the interior of this dirty metal container straight from some production yard in china? Forth caveat: plastic area for pouring your hot coffee into probably leeching all those plastic chemicals that we all hear about. Why are we pouring hot coffee onto a plastic surface? sixth caveat: your pour water into the middle of the metal container and you pour water into the outer area of the metal container, then you freeze for 12 hours. I don't get why we have the middle ice well, probably to deliver a middle section of ice to chill the coffee faster, but if ice was just on the outside and we swish it around? don't know and frankly because I am so disappointed in how much chilled coffee that this device produces that I am not happy at all. Here is the thing... you are pouring hot boiling coffee into a frozen plastic cup that has frozen water in metal on the inside and can you imagine how long this kind of contraption will last (hot onto frozen plastic) as well as the amount of plastic leeching of chemicals as you pour hot coffee into the top plastic area? I will be returning this. Sooooo after a bit of thinking... frozen coffee ice cubes? or perhaps making the coffee twice as strong and simply use ice cubes to dilute back to normal coffee strength would solve your ice coffee needs without worrying about plastic chemical leeching or broken plastic chiller that lasted exactly one month after purchase. Don't buy this. Interesting idea that was probably invented by Doc Brown. Use ice cubes instead!
