This is a nice punching bag ball. It’s made of durable quality cowhide leather. Since it came with a picture based instructions, I was able to set it up myself within about 5 to 10 minutes. It was quite simple.This thing is actually so much fun to use. I have some boxing gloves which I’d like to punch with, although they are not necessary for punching this type of device. I find it to be so much fun and such a stress reliever to sit there and punch this thing for a while. It helps to ease my anxiety and it’s a fun past time.It’s made of good quality materials and I expect it to hold up for quite a while

I’ve gotten faster, more accurate and looser in the few months I’ve added this bag to my gym. It’s good quality. Would buy again.

The bag itself is great. The mounting instructions are non existent.

Enjoyed using this double ended bag! Quality construction that I know will last through some brutal workouts!

Great for focusing and cardio

This is the second one of these I purchased, Amazon replaced the first because the bladder failed immediately. I have had the replacement for 35 days and it failed at the rivet/ strap connection. I was only using it to establish speed and rhythm, I have never hit it above %30 power, and it still failed. Please look elsewhere, do not by Reebok. At this price point, I would expect better performance. I hope Amazon / Reebok are prepared to fix this once again. If it didn't fail twice, I would give the product 5 stars, it actually worked wonderfully for 35 days but the double failure reduces the rating to Zero stars. Do NOT BUY!

I bought this a year a go and at first it worked great. Then it began leaking air. I purchased a second one and that leaked also. I'm moving on to another brand.
