It is useful product

Sometimes my things fall out of it -- are too heavy (example: a swiffer, I store it without the cleaning solution attached now). And it is a tad difficult to install because the holes are so inset it is hard to get the drill to reach all the way. However, once you figure it out it works just fine. I don't mind it and my husband likes all our stuff are easy to reach (we only have one closet downstairs for the living room and kitchen so it is a great compromise to having to put cleaning stuff in our shoe/coat closet)

Love it! Easy to install and sturdy. Its holding a lot of weight without issues. nothing slides down not even the steamer. The springs are strong enough to keep all in place but easy enough to get things in and out with one hand. My husband installed it by putting a wood piece underneath attached to the studs. That makes it more reliable

This is a nice broom holder, but keep in mind if you have brooms hanging then the little stuff you put on the hooks is always in the way when you go to get the broom. It was bulkier then I thought it would be, but it's in a closet so I don't care so much. It holds the brooms really well and it is easy to get them in the slot.

This product does great. My husband was able to quickly get it installed. It is sturdy against the wall and does not move. I owned a similar product previously and my brooms were extremely difficult to get out of the system. This one is so much better! Great quality especially for the price. I would buy it again.
