I love it & the research behind it. Everyone should be taking it. This is one that big pharma & Drs don't want u to know about!!!I on the other hand can not take it due to mcas & histamine & salicylate intolerance. It caused major flareup for me. I will however keep my whole family on it. I do wish they had it in an oil drops that u could take internally cause it would be easier. Regardless everyone should take it everyday & I'd suggest only this company as I've thoroughly researched the others (b sure & get the organic one)

I actually thought of this one on my own. Plants that have lectins which are unhealthy. Corn, white potatoes, zucchini, grains. But fruits have lectins as well, but we call these “polyphenols.” Human ancest have been eating fruits for millions of years. And I thought to myself, what is the most common fruit? So if you want to call them polyphenols or lectins, fact is my knees and hips hurt less taking a tablespoon of the stuff in a glass of water each day.

It tastes like the wood of a pencil...but I mix it with yogurt and swallow one big gulp. Can't really expect ground up seeds to taste good, but hopefully it will so what it says.

I just received this, it seems fresh, it tastes fine, it's a nice pink colour, which wasn't expected since it's the ground seeds, but everything looks good and it shipped really quickly, even to Canada. I will update after I've taken it for a while.

Healthy Quality Product all the way!

This stuff came highly recommended- No way to actually measure the effectiveness of the stuff. It's a little grainy being seeds I guess - but I mix it with a couple tablespoons of vanilla ice cream and it goes down much smoother. If you are looking to expand your antioxidant intake, this is a great supplement.

This product is awful. I do not know what ever it is , but it taste nothing like raspberry. It appears to be a mixture of some red/brownish stuff. It has debris mixed in and debris doesn’t dissolve.Don’t buy it. Should not be for human consumption!
