The bag started ripping after a 2 weeks of light use and the line snapped after one month. I use it after heavy bag work for about 12 minutes in total 3 times a week and it did not last long.

I have a new hanging heavy bag for my different style work outs but still use my Vagabond ball daily for my intense cardio and hand to eye coordination!! I see a huge improvement in my cordination! Thanks!!!Original Review:For the price this is truly a great product!!!! this is a double end ball made for striking, yes, but double ends like this are mainly cardio balls. it swings back and forth to make you move around practicing proper boxing footwork and head movement/defense moves, so it's not to just stand there and wail on.****TIP****also when you first blow this ball up, blow it up half way and let it sit for a few hours at least. Personally I let it sit over night. the next day, blow it up fully but don't over do it! then let that sit again for a bit and it should take normal amount of air and be ready to use with NO issues!!!!Just remember never over fill these. and filling it slowly will help stretch the inner material more gently and not shock it. idk though, in my opinion blowing something up that's been sitting in a box, to it's very maximum compacity just to start wailing on it as hard as you can, isn't smart to me.. no matter what the brand is, if you ask me🤷🏼.. fill it like you would similar to a bike tire with just a very tiny bit of push room.. like I said it's meant for cardio. Boxers use it to work on footwork, and self defense moves along with hand to eye coordination work. you can get an amazing work out and practice very well with this ball without having to punch it like you're in the ring. I feel like some of you stand there and purposelytry to slaughter it hah. for the money, this is 5 stars all the way, easily!
