Great product, easy install
I needed to replace a 20-year old Deore shifter and the Deore XT is a nice upgrade...similar style and design as the Deore, but with a metal housing and levers. The shifter came with the cable and cable sheath, as well as extra ferrules.

Old bike converted to 11 speed. Shimano is great shifting
Converted an old GIANT NRS frame to 11 speed 1X . The bike was originally 3x 9 speed. I went with this shifter and SLX 11 speed wide range cassette and derailleur. Works flawlessly.

Makes a bigger difference than a new rear mech
Want the feel of an XT drivetrain?? This shifter will make your deore or slx rear mech shift like butter. This is a lil hack I have learned is to get a cheaper rear mech then pair it with a XT shifter and you will feel a noticeable difference for very cheap

以前はSLXのシフトレバーを使っていましたが、一年使用して何か甘くなって来た感じがするので、これを機にグレードをあげてみることに… やっぱりいいです。グレードが上がると音も静かになりシフトがスパスパ決まります。

Had XT shifter which previously screwed under my Deore brakes. Upgraded brakes to XT 8120 so could no longer attach and use. After removing display from this one and fitting supplied cover was able to position exactly where I wanted it due to having a clamp. Came with everything, inc inner cable, outer cable, blanking plate and even a crimp for the end of cable. Very pleased and such a great price.
