A GF started me on red light therapy after I complimented her a few times about her skin. As a present she gave me a handheld wand LED red light. Of course my phone overheard the whole thing and full mask ads started showing up on my social media.The sight alone of their alien appearance dulled my interest until I noticed how popular the masks are and volume of sales. Then I started researching the technology. No exaggeration every creator- from doctors to beauty pros - gave red light therapy a glowing (pun intended) review.It makes sense that rather than treat a small area at a time if I wanted faster results to go for a full face treatment instead.Next I started learning from reviews and options what I wanted in a mask. I got tired of reading about discomfort deciding if this device warranted my money and daily commitment it had to be pain free. That eliminated a LOT of choices. I also wanted a high number of red lights for the most effective coverage. The Aura mask has 90 which is more lights than any other mask I looked at. It’s soft, comfortable and doubles my usage because of the hand supporter.The final box that got checked was their customer support. If you buy anything more complicated than a pair of scissors, you need a company that responds to any issues after the sale. I had an issue with the USB port on the remote and boom I have in my hand a new remote.My only complaint is the length of the Velcro strap. It’s too long and hard to strap tight enough to stay on. It does stay on but kinda loosely. I’ll trim it and fix it so it’s a snugger fit.I’ve used the mask for a month but honestly, it took me years to get sunspots and it’ll take a while to see results. I use it every night and know sooner or later someone who hasn’t seen me in a while will comment on how much better my skin looks. At least I hope they will. :) I’m treating only one hand as a test using the untreated hand as a control. When I start seeing results on my treated hand I’ll know that although the changes on my face are subtle they are occurring. I’m living for that day. Lol!

After searching the internet to learn about light therapy + its benefits I was excited (and nervous) to see what this mask had to offer. The packaging was high quality which made the unboxing process feel luxurious and worth the money already. The actual mask was a bit heavy on the face, but laying down with it made the experience relaxing and super comfortable. The straps were a little difficult to use since there weren’t exact directions on how to loop them together to stay on the face securely -- which made assembly time-consuming. Beyond those features, something I really enjoy/appreciates is that it is a flexible mask and not a plastic hard mask as I’ve seen in other similiar products. In addition, the light coverage on the mask feels evenly and wholly distributed among the face, unlike some that target a specific area. While only using it for a small period of time, I did notice my facial redness toned down, especially in the butterfly area (nose + cheeks). I think if I continue to use I would see a bigger change. Definitely worth trying, but could be a bit more functional in design! Can't wait to hopefully see more results :)

The media could not be loaded.  I recently purchased this LED face mask to help combat my breakouts. The item arrived very quickly and in top-tier condition. As you can see in the video, the mask portion is made from silicon. The mask stuck to my face very well, especially with the velcro straps included in the package. Overall, I found this product very easy to use with clear instructions. There are multiple light functions, but I opted for blue light to minimize oil production in my skin. I already felt like my skin was glowing more than usual post-treatment. I'm excited to continue incorporating this mask into my nighttime skincare routine.

I really like it and it seems that people are raving about LED light therapy but so far I don't see much of a difference yet... Maybe I will soon🤔 product is comfortable and easy to use.

Okay I am improving the rating from 1 to 3. After I posted the 1st, I heard from the company, and they sent a replacement mask. Now, I have to say before I posted the 1-star review, I sent a message to them via Amazon, and I even went further and went to their website and left a message trying to get help before I posted a bad review.Now, the replacement is used, the box had been previously opened but at least it charges so it can be used. If this produces results, I will say this may be one of the best out there.If you look at the reviews on a lot of the other mask, so many complain about how uncomfortable the mask is. This one is not uncomfortable. It is so easy to put on and keep on, while doing other things It is not heavy and it does not hurt anywhere on the face. Really nice and easy!What is going to hurt this mask is the company and the customer service. Sending someone a used mask when you were already handling a customer, that had a bad experience, shows how little the company cares for their customers!!First reviewI love that it is soft material and is easy to keep on face. However, I cannot get this to charge up and hold a charge so it can be used. I have been able to use once for 9 minutes and then it just quit and acts like it is going to charge, and lights come on like it is charging but when you go to use it, you get nothing,

No response from the remote control when just received for first use, almost one hour has been charged but no any indicator lights up at all, waisting my time for returning.
