BariWare Portion8 Plate Set Going Green

I am post gastric bypass 1/28/15. I purchased this plate to help me learn portion control for my new pouch. It did show me how to utilize the ounces allowed. I like the adjustable yellow tabs. I work a 10 hour day so the two sides each hold one meal. Lunch and dinner. The negative points are that the plate is leaky. The cover does not have a great seal. Each side is removable out of the plate frame, but I found the plate too shallow for what I wanted to bring when my diet advanced. Great for bariatric beginners. It is slightly overpriced for what it offers to the consumer.
