Great Adventure Kids Bible Timeline Chart

Ascension Press
I purchased this timeline for my daughter so that she could keep it in her religion folder for school. I ended up using a sheet protector (remember those?!) to keep it from falling out of her folder all of the time. As always, Ascension Press did not disappoint. The timeline is divided into color coded sections, and it breaks down the entire Bible into sections that include multiple books. For example, the time period following the 40 years of wandering is "Conquest and Judges" and is given the color green. The color green is used because it is the time when the Jewish peoples entered into their Promised Land. This section includes Joshua, Judges, and 1 Samuel. The quality of the paper is similar to card stock, but not as stiff, so it has some weight and is not "flimsy." It also feels as though it is coated in something that makes it something that will withstand a middle school student. The colors are vibrant, the text is crisp and colorful. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase.

This has been so helpful for my family
The kids and I read the companion book slowly over the summer using the chart to remind us of where we are and where we’ve been through the Bible stories. It is SO helpful! I’m pregnant and a little forgetful and even I can keep all of the timelines and characters in order thanks to this 👍👍

Comprehensive timeline, but the illustrations are just meh
We are using this timeliness to keep our fourth-grade PREP class, which covers all of bible history, oriented. It's truly a nice tool, although the illustrations are just ok.

Catholic perspective
This is a good timeline for kids and new to the faith adults, just be aware it is written from Catholic perspective.
