Poor quality. Guess the price was too good to expect more. Used once for few press ups and handle cracked to reveal low quality plastic. Disappointing. Guess will need to pay more for better quality

I think its abs plastic. Looks sturdy and will get the job done. But its too low to really stretch your pecs. Also it is very light and slightly slippery when you do push ups for shoulders. Good for beginners. I would love something more solid.
