Very good for price
Liked:Performs really well in all games tried (especially for the price!)Really nice screenGood battery lifeCables go in backNice keyboardDisliked:Immensely ugly, they're clearly trying hard to make it aesthetic but 3 different shades of black and a kind of ugly greenish marble is not itEthernet port is flimsy and has broken already (seems to be a common issue with Dells)

Unable to boot after three days
From step one, this laptop has had it's complications. It was easy to brush away some of them, but even when simply starting to use it, the wi-fi drivers that it came with were inadequate. Normally, this would be fine, simply updating them on the manufacturer's website generally fixes this. However, this would only be the start of the issues to come.Apparently, according to many sources online, the "Killer 1650X" wi-fi chip and many other Killer brand chips have had problems with their drivers not optimally performing. The suggestion would be to remove them and installing the newest drivers from Intel, the company which acquired Killer as of last year.Well, after their acquisition, the Killer uninstalling tool mostly vanished from the internet. While it's still possible to find, even after running through uninstall processes manually, the drivers still reinstall automatically as the default on the system, and attempting to install the newest Intel drivers wouldn't correct that. This would mean the primary fix would be getting into the laptop and switching out the wi-fi chip, just to get the connection that was proper in the area. There are differences in brands and what some computers vs some mobile devices can do, however at a decent enough 24 mbps (based on multiple speed test sites) on multiple mobile devices in the area, to go down to 4 mbps at BEST, usually down to 2 on average, it was truly abysmal trying to get the games to actually play. The quality of the build itself is fine for playing games, but the horrible wi-fi experience made it extremely difficult to download and play the games it was advertising. Now onto the reason why it was returned. Two days after receiving it, after spending time with it and starting to get over some of the problems with the wi-fi drivers and slowly working past it, after shutting down the laptop for the night and putting it down...it simply never turned back on again. The morning came and trying to power it up resulted in nothing. Trying to plug it in to charge did nothing. Trying to hold the power button as recommended by Intel to drain the last of the power, then plug it in afterwards? Nothing. This laptop has spent more time being a trouble and trying to work through the many difficulties it's had than actually being able to play the games that do get downloaded after much trial and error. In theory, maybe someone could work through the laptop and get to the point where it is workable and a suitable beginner laptop for anyone looking to game on a laptop. However, that person would have to be far more willing to go over the many hurdles that require potentially going into the laptop and switching full parts out, just to be able to enjoy the machine properly. And that person, is not me. Bad experience, can not recommend less. Try to find another option wherever you can, and try to especially avoid "Killer" brand wi-fi chips with the lack of proper support to be able to remove them and get something new.TL;DR: Bad wi-fi drivers that don't have proper uninstalling tools as easily available online, that don't properly work even after the fact. Also stopped powering on after three days, literally not worth the time put into it.
