Delicious
I think Mayan's cacao butter is delicious, and I love the wafers. So much easier to measure. I just hope the price stays consistent and more affordable than others.

Very good quality
I got burned buying the Food to Live brand Cacao Butter. It was cheap in large volumes, but it turned out to beold, sour and nasty. I ordered the Mayan brand and took one smell and new this was a quality product. It smells strongly of chocolate, comes in nice wafers so that melting is easier, and it is very good quality. This will be my go to brand.
