Bought some time ago. It is what it claims to be - tea.

Definitely has a calming effect. Improved REM sleep so far no change to deep sleep timings.

and not the kind who drinks three cups of coffee before bed then wonders why they can’t sleep.i also have panic disorder, which im medicated for, but i heard about this tea and the benefits of it for anxiety/panic attacks/and sleep issues.i went in not expecting anything, and whilst it doesn’t magic any of your issues away, it honestly does relax you and just chill you out. the value for money is good as well, the bag is huge.and i think it tastes and smells really nice, sort of mild like chamomile, that gentle sweet smell. ive enjoyed it so much i always have two cups before bed now and will be rebuying because ive found the benefits so appealing.

Disappointed with the potency of this product as I've only experienced a stronger batch that worked wonders from a retailer that I can no longer make contact with. Perhaps this product has aged or it may be the type of Passion Flower as I 7nderstand that there are many.Will probably try another brand next time until I find the strength that I am looking for. Thanks nevertheless.

It helps me a lot to fall asleep and to have a deeper sleep
