Bucket Kit, Two White 6-Gallon Buckets with White Gamma Seal Lids

They are sturdy buckets with well fitting gamma lids. The gamma lids fit both buckets fine after I got the outer rings on. I did get one bucket that was a little warped but I was able to get the outer ring and lid on with much force from my rubber mallet. I'd buy again though. Lost one star for initial warping of bucket but as I said it unwarped once I got the gamma lid on.

I keep my cats food outside on my balcony. It's easy and convenient but the raccoons discovered it. It didn't matter what container I put it in they would get it open a d pig out on it, and make a huge mess. I got these and they can't get it open at all!! I know they try cause it's knocked over and half way across the balcony in the morning. Take that raccoons no more stealing food!

I bought 2 of these. One for long term storage of sugar & one to mix sugar water up for our honey bees. One will hold 50 lbs. of sugar. We keep ours in a moisture controlled, cool room in our basement.

I bought these buckets to turn into mead fermentation containers. No issue with drilling holes for airlock and a drain, and it hasn't imparted any flavor into the mead. The lid is different than other bucket lids I've used, but it is very airtight when closed tightly. Because it is recessed into the bucket, it's a little awkward to screw into place for the final little bit, and I've noticed if I get sloppy and don't give it a little extra twist at the end, it doesn't fully seal. Overall I like it a lot, and I like the lid more than snap-on and other styles, but it does take a few times to get a good system in place for using it effectively.

I use these buckets to store used oil from oil changes in my vehicles until I can get to a used oil disposal facility. The lids that come with these buckets seal very good and no odor escapes in my garage. I can imagine multiple uses for these great quality buckets.

I love these buckets and lids. After my son bought 2 for our rice and flour, I thought I’d buy another 2. Well one bucket didn’t come with correct parts so I can use the lid that arrived with one bucket. Need to see if they’ll make this return or replacement easy, because they are not inexpensive. When arriving as supposed to, they’re excellent for food storage. Hope this customer service will be good so I can get replacements and use them.

I use two of these to store 50lbs of flour.
