Lovely cereal with hot or cold milk

While I am unsure how healthy this actually is as a daily option, there is no denying that it is both tasty and filling. It has become a permanent part of my regular cereal rotation as it provides a satisfying start to the morning. A great choice if you are looking for something consistent and substantial.

Family favourite but gets eaten way too fast. Lunch diner or supper. A household staple.

Tried these for a change from my usual breakfast cereal and they’re actually pretty satisfying. The shredded wheat texture gives them a nice crunch, while the frosting adds enough sweetness to make them more enjoyable than plain wheat cereals. They stay crunchy reasonably well in milk and are quite filling compared to lighter cereals, so they work well for breakfast before work or school. The downside is the sugar coating can feel a bit too sweet if you have a large bowl, especially first thing in the morning. Some pieces also seem to lose crunch faster than others once they’ve been sitting in milk for a few minutes. Overall, a tasty middle ground between healthier wheat cereals and sweeter breakfast options — good if you want something filling with a bit more flavour.
