excellent product. All specifications same as description.although refurbished but looks like brand new. Only my problem was windows 10 pro installed instead of 11.the sellar virtually contacted me and supported me online and installed windows 11.i highly appreciate.

Product is high Quality
This is my second time buying from Pcmart, and both of the items didn't disappoint me at all, it actually more than I expected, the way they renewed the items is amazing! SSD ISSUE
After 20 days SSD is not being detected in the laptop. On turning on the laptop screen, the screen of No boot device found and media test failure appears.Can't even reset because there is a fault in the SSD.
