I had a 4mm mat prior that was uncomfortable on hardwood floors. My hands, knees, and feet hurt if I put too much pressure on them. This 6mm mat is PERFECT! When I use it, it has the perfect balance of firmness and comfort. I was afraid a thicker mat would feel “squishy” but that’s not an issue as all. I love the colors and the markings on the mat help to ensure I am in an even, balanced position. No toxic smells upon opening, I love it

The material is excellent. It is very comfortable to lie on even on a hard tiled floor.I use a back stretcher when I lie on this mat, and it often puts 'dents' into the mat but after only a couple of hours the dents have disappeared, I guess the material just springs back to its original flat shape.This was a fantastic purchase!

This mat is just perfect!Great cushion, good grip on my feet and on the floor. Especially love how it sticks to the floorBut the most wonderful part is the lotus and the reference lines! I've used yoga mats before and onyl after I used this did I know how many poses I was misaligned. It's a boon for proper form and posing!Absolutely love the lotus energyHighly highly recommend!
