Using these, in conjunction with Nicorette Lozenges to try and help with quitting smoking. These are much better than the “mint toothpicks” you get from your average restaurant. The seem stronger, as far as wood quality, but also much stronger in the “mint flavor” as well.In my experience, a regular toothpick will last roughly 5 to 10 minutes before it’s soggy, gross, and splintering. The mint flavor lasts what? 2 minutes? Maybe 5?I actually haven’t timed anything “officially” but, I know I’ve had one of these in my mouth for a good 20 minutes, and still at that point has some mint left, and sturdiness left.It’s a toothpick, but I definitely think it’s a “good” one.

I love these! The flavor is exactly what I wanted.Only down fall is that they splinter or get soggy very fast. I don’t you them for picking I use them to resist the cigarettes. So I mostly just have them in my mouth. But if you chew it too often then they aren’t that’s great.

Love tea tree oil for the healthy benefits. And helps reduce bad breath.
