Q: Do I have to refrigerate after opening?

Yes! It goes bad within a few hours when not being refrigerated. My kids had a hard time with the initial opening click. For school, I would open it in the morning at 8:30am, they would have it at 12:30pm and it was fine. If they brought any back home by 4:00pm it did not taste very good. Any that are opened and immediately refrigerated and stay refrigerated last about 4 days (I use little bits for cooking often).

Q: Has it been discontinued? I havent been able to find it at nay supermarket in almost 2 months

Had the same problem myself, checked their website, and according to it - they only sell their product at Whole Foods now. ...hope that changes!

Q: Notmilk whole 64oz appears discontinued. 32oz is usually out of stock here and elsewhere. is it going to be discontinued? will supply increase?

I have only been able to find it in Whole Foods stores.
