Professional Quality
Pros:Excellent quality stainless construction. Easily as good as the best of the brand name cookware.Very even heat distribution because of thick multi-ply bottom.Great Braizer if you have 10 or more guests for dinner.Cons:Very big but it is exactly as described. You need a large cooktop to handle this beast.

Induction cookware
The pot is very Good quality . Easily can be cleaned. I wanted a big pot that can be use on an induction burner., This works perfect.

Unbelievable
Judging from the price for the size of this pot, I'd assumed I wouldn't be please with the weight and sturdiness of the pot. However, I am pleased beyond belief that it is heavy, sturdy and conducted the heat when cooking so well that large portions cooked well throughout without burning the bottom. I absolutely love it.

Nice pot, not so nice lid fit.
As expected, this vessel is superior for braising large cuts of meat or stewing up a batch of chili. The Problem is that the lid does not fit snuggly which requires constant monitoring of the contents for proper liquid level.

Much nicer pan than what the price might suggest
This pan is far nicer than what I expected. I was looking forward to a cheaper, "spun steel" sort of pan, like a lot of big boiler pans. No, it's not like that. It's got a thermal diffuser insert on the bottom, and a pretty good one at that. The lid is heavy and fits perfectly. Overall far exceeds expectations.Note that if you're a home cook and you're not familiar with big pans like this, it's BIG. It's way bigger than any burner on your stove. It's about halfway between a large ("normal") stock pot and a big canning pan (things for sanitizing jelly jars etc). However the heat diffuser bottom seems to work really well, at least in the limited testing I've done. I plan to use it for reducing big batches of stock and for other utility procedures for which a big but not-too-deep pan like this makes sense. Super happy with the purchase.

Great!!
Love the pot❤️ Especially it’s good for cooking large meals because of the size. I like to cook my meat in it because it spreads out evenly. The thickness of the pot won’t make your food burn because of the steady heat.

a bargain
Needed a braising pan for pork shoulder 'cause it's time for tamales. I can put a whole pork shoulder in this thing. As others have said, this pan is an amazing bargain at 100 bucks. I'll use it a couple of times a year, at most, but it is exactly the braiser I was looking for.
