Once you get it stuck on properly it works very well for the price. It is nice to not roll across the floor trying to sit at my desk.

Have wood floor in home office that was getting marks from chair. Not high quality fabric but has stayed stuck down to floor and chair moves across it with no problem.

Item was compact and sent quickly, the underside of the mat provided a good adhesion to both the tile mats and parquet I placed this one, enough so that it stays in place during use.But pending the wheels of the chair and the weight of the user some of the material does flake off over time, hoping it will reduce significantly with use.Overall for the price and as a chair mat it does what is intended very well.

It helps if you peel the protective film (for shipping) on the bottom so it can stick to the floor, otherwise it will slide all over the place. It took me two days to realize (Bingo!!) that was the reason the matt was sliding everywhere.
