Update! New BatteryDelivered!!!!Battery Does Not Hold Charge
This is an update! After I wrote this review, I received communication from this company and I have to say I was quick impressed. The company stood by their product and sent me a new battery free of charge. At this point, tge battery appears to be working nicely and I am extremely pleased with the quality and performance as well as the outstanding service I received.This is a great, lightweight blower, at first, for a few minutes that could be the perfect tool for your needs however the battery holds no charge at all. It worked for a very short time when I got it, in fact, I returned my first one within the 30 day period thinking the battery I received was faulty and the company was awesome. They returned it easily and without question. Unfortunately the second one started doing the exact same thing within days of using it. It starts, stops, starts stops and then doesn’t work at all. It’s frustrating and makes the blower useless. Save yourself money. Just don’t buy this.

Update: Excellent Customer Service- Free replacement for non-working of low speed
This is an Update to my previous review:After hearing my review, Company contacted me asking my address so they can send a new replacement. I ignored their offer since the blower was still working at high speed and I get what I intended to do. They sent me a reminder after waiting on me for a month. I was traveling so did not contact them for another a month or so. When I saw their reminder that they want to see a happy customer, I sent my address. I got the new replacement the next day. This Company is awesome and committed for excellent customer service. Their new blower is functioning well and I am completely satisfied. I will buy from them again in future.The slow speed stopped working after a month and we just use it for single setting and the battery runs out within 10 minutes.
