Warm and snug!
I went down one size to get a snug fit and itās perfect. I wanted it to fit tight and it does. You can almost literally feel the warmth. Hate to take it off in the spring. Wear rhe bottoms too and they fit normally.

Warm night shirt
I use this as my night shirt. It helps me retain internal temperature as the night sets and the temperature drops, but doesn't overheat me when the temperatures rise.

Great Baselayer
Wear this as my baselayer every time I ski. The wool feeling took some getting used to, but after a wash it was not itchy. Warm, wicks sweat, solid layering shirt.

Runs small
I ordered a large based on the size guide and it was skin tight. Iām 5ā10ā 198, fairly muscular. Definitely need a XL.

Comfortable for cooler weather
I bought this to run in when the weather is cooler. It's great at wicking away moisture. It is soft and light, but it blocks out the wind and cold remarkably well. I went for a couple runs with it and decided to buy a short sleeve version as well.

Fabric is much thinner than previous Merino 150 base layer products
Smartwool is now using a much thinner fabric for this product. I have owned four of these shirts before and even after many washings, they are thicker than this item when new. I returned it and am looking at other merino wool brands for a better quality fabric.
