Great Bike Wish Customer Service was more prompt
I messaged the company to let them know that my son's brand new bike was having a hard time starting and it never got any better. I received a message that my information was being given to a level 2 customer support and they would reach out to me but that was 3 days ago and never heard anything else. Also after maybe 30 miles the transmission has a clicking noise wanted to see about getting it taken care of. Haven't received another messaged back yet, but don't wanna damage the bike further by riding a bike that has issues! Other than that we ABSOLUTELY love the bike. When you do get it to start after 30-40 pulls the bike runs pretty well. It's surprisingly fast! My son shreds on it but it does die out of the blue after he has been running it for a while. I am a 2 stroke mechanic so I may just fix it myself, but I didn't want to ruin the warranty. My guess is it has an air leak maybe crank seals since its had low compression since the first time we pulled the starter rope. Either way replacement engines are pretty cheap so I may just order another one and hope it is better than the one that the bike came with it as far as starting, and clutch noise. As a professional small engine 2-4t technician I am fully aware that EVERY company gets a bad apple in the bunch and MOST of the reviews and people that I know that own these have ZERO issues with theirs and so we will wait and see how they handle this issue I will keep ya'll updated

You gotta be mechanical inclined that’s for sure.
Well where should I start. First off we have owned this bike for a little over 3 months now and I have changed the carb, spark plug and ignition assembly. But don’t be fooled this bike kicks A@@ my little girl is 6 years old and just rips it up lol which scares me to death. This bike Was clocked at 43mph after carb replacement. I do have some more after market parts for it but I just need her to get a little bigger, safety reasons. In my opinion if you tinker then this is for you. your kid will love it. Plus it’s a good way for your son or daughter to turn some wrenches. Hopefully this helps. It is a cool ride.

Both bikes died 30 minutes into riding
First I want to say the bikes are very affordable if you are trying to dip your toe into dirt bikes for the first time. I bought two bikes in November for a Christmas present for my 9 and 6 yo. After opening the box you will want ti watch their assembly video as the instructions are not the best. All in all assembly is pretty easy and took about 30 minutes fir each bike but I highly recommend you use your own tools. Decals on the other hand had no instructions so I basically winged it and some decals didn’t match up around some of the holes. After assembling the bike abs putting the decals on the bike I was pretty impressed for a purchase that cost 400 dollars. I used the the mixing can they provide which is a pretty nice touch to get the right mixture of oil and gas. After firing it up and adjusting the idle they were ready for Christmas morning. My two kids loved the bikes and had a blast for the first 30 minutes and then the first bike went down. I thought it might of been out of gas maybe but that wasn’t the issue and while I was trying to diagnose the issue the second bike went down. So I pulled them into the shop and found the spark plug had no spark coming from it. I thought it would be a simple fix with a new plug but still nothing after swapping it out. I did reach out to the seller and they are trying to help and I’m waiting for another response to further dig into this issue. Kids are pretty bummed out and honestly i know it is a cheap option for dirt bikes but it’s still frustrating after spending over 900 dollars for two large paper weights at the moment. I will update after talking with them a little more and if we get them running. In conclusion, if you purchase a hole shot bike maybe you will be one of the buyers who don’t have an issue but remember the old saying you get what you pay for.

Lower your expectations...
Engine has not started yet due to no 2stroke oil. Update when running if I remember. Item came in box the had no damage and some foam packing. As you can see through pics foam didn't help much. Plastics looked unfinished with edges needing trimmed flush. Damage to some plastic via rubbing. Rusty bolts/frame. Corrosion on most parts that are metal. Tires look used with dirt on tires and rubber hairs bent back and broken off. Rims were rather dirty for a 'new' item... Brake dics show previous signs of use. Handle bars scartched badly next grips. Seat cover excessively loose and will likely rip due to this. Crimp on brake cables just fell off. Warning/safety stickers on bike peeling but name brand and graphics that you have to put on are of nice quality,, though rolled up and require a hair dryer to flatten out for ease of sticking on.. Tried assembly with given tools... had nuts I was required to tighten with nothing to fit. Other tools bent. Gave up and used my own. Over all build quality is subpar. Though I feel like this was a return with new parts added/changed out to make it look new. DO NOT expect this to be like a name brand bike i.e. Honda, kawasaki, and such. This is a budget built item not even on par with SSR pit bikes. For what they ask for it you get what you pay for if you find it around 300, try not to pay more.

easy to ride and safe.
I bought 3 dirt bikes all the same brand. They were Christmas gifts for my 11yo, 10yo, & 8yo grt grandchildren. So far I must say they were easy to assemble and easy to teach how to ride. The all love riding them, we live in the country and it's safe to ride the dirt roads. All 3 of them mastered the bike in 5 minutes.. I am so happy they love them and it's great to see them working together to help each other using respect for the other rider. If you are looking for one for your son/dtr this is the one. I read all reviews on different bikes and this one was most positive. I bought a green one a red one and orange along with helmets and goggles and gloves..
