Worst product and worst services provided.
I am writing this review after 6 months of purchase. Preinstalled office outdated after exactly after 6 months. Battery started draining out exactly after six months. Laptop is not working today exactly after 6 months and 10 days. Only a few lights are blinking on key board. I just called warranty support just to get an answer to throw it in the dustbin. Worst ever experience, amazon betrayed me by allowing thieves to sell on their platform.

The media could not be loaded. Laptop first look is like polised and give the feel second hand but performance is good and configuration is same as mentioned. All things looks good, on limited budget it is good deal.
