Better than I imagined
She's gorgeous. Hair is amazing. I thought it was grey, but it's actually a grey/blue/purple mix. Eye mechanism works well. Jointed body is great. She also has the matte face. Came nude, in a nice box.

Good quality, very heavy doll
I like the quality of this doll. Her skin tone matches the body nicely.The blond part of her hair is platinum, light blonde, and not the dirty ash - strawberry blonde like in the photos provided. The doll's hair is soft but it tangles easily.One thing I really didn't like is that her head is huge and way too heavy for the doll to pose (all she can do is sit somewhere with the head support).My doll came with some light scratches on the forehead (not visible on photographs but visible when light hits them), and a light blue line near her scalp, under her hair (visible if you want to lift part of her hair to style it).Her eye tones are true to the images presented. However, her eyes look like she is terrified all the time.On the doll I received, the lip color was a bit messed up/ missing at one spot, and the lips are very thin.If you plan to customize her, she is ideal, but as a toy without customization, she looks scary. :(I tried to dress her into something cute, but, in my estimation, it didn't help.

Superb hair quality, rooting, and thickness.
Of the 17 dolls of this sort that I've customized this one hands down has the thickest most realistic hair I've worked with. The blue and red is just enough.Parted town the middle into pigs and give her a mini base ball bat and suddenly shes Harley Quinn.
