I bought this steamer on recommendation from my sister in law who has been using it for 2 years. It's a very good steamer for clothes. It dosent replace an iron. It can be used for jackects, blazers and outfits for functions like weddings. The best part is it's portable so u can carry it when u are traveling outstation for vacation, family functions. Actually it was at a wedding that I saw my sister in law use it to iron her outfit it and realized that it's an useful product to have. It's very easy to use. The chord length is appropriate. Only thing is water filled for steamer works for 1 garment .Have to refill again if u have steam 2 garments. But that's very manageable. Now I don't have to give my heavy clothes, silk clothes, jackects for laundry. I can do it home. Also ironed clothes that have been kept in cupboard develop creases , u can remove them easily with this. Phillips is a brand u can trust and buy eyes closed. All my phillips product have worked very well without any issues. So if u are in the need of good steamer this is a good product to buy

In between one of the part inside the water filling area came from its place but got the entire product replaced from philips. Philips is a great brand so I ordered it. But after purchasing I got to know other good brand sales with horizontal steam ironing with this price. And there's is always a steaming sound even after the product turns off. Cannot iron pure cotton. Takes much time like some hours for to iron very shrinked clothes. Easy to use and I recommend to use it for light shrinked clothes and for mixed cotton or other kinds of clothes. I regularly use it for ironing mixed cotton shirt and it irons well. Using it for more than a year. You should not leave the water in the water area and should remove the water after use otherwise the area in which the water is stored always forms a green layer and may damage the clothes - I seen it personally in my product before replacement and after that I don't leave water so no issues in that. And another thing is even if you use drinking water, it still forms a white layer around the area from which the steam comes out. In both products I used it is of the same. Steam is very hot so you should careful in using your other hand while ironing and if you could but a board board for ironing vertically it would be easy to iron since I don't have it, I find it very difficult to iron each time. As said it hasn't damaged any of my clothes from the steam even when it's really hot.

It literally does nothing, and it’s not the first time we get a steamer and it’s nothing like the others, the cheapest alternatives are even better than this one, using my bare hands is literally better than using this useless product it’s a total scam
