Plastic Disposable Gloves / BPA - Rubber - Latex Free / PE Food Preparation - Cleaning Poly Gloves Size Medium Box of 500

I read several reviews before purchasing these gloves but thought they can't really be that bad. Was I ever in for a surprise! These gloves were the absolute worse i have ever purchased, and I am a chef. They may be good for assembling sandwiches, and other simple tasks, but they are not suitable for any other food handling or household tasks. They do not stay on and are extremely flimsy. Very poorly made product.

I really don't expect a lot out of inexpensive gloves, however, these take it to a whole new level. When I stuck my hand into the first several gloves, my hand went right through them. Then I came to a group of them there were only a single "hand side", meaning it wasn't even a "glove" only a cut out of a hand on a single piece of plastic. There wasn't a "back side" to them. To top it off, I'd got a size med because I wanted them to be kinda snug on my hand, these things would fall off of an NFL linemans' hands. I just gave up and threw the box in the trash.Don't waste your money on this brand, find another to try.

I've been using the GorillaSupply version, but the Medium size is no longer Prime. So, I ordered Green Direct gloves which were listed as Prime. Amazon sent Sterex poly gloves.I find I prefer the GorillaSupply gloves. They seem a little stronger, are easier to open the glove, and are better packed. Like some trash bags and grocery store veg. bags, it is a little difficult to open to put your hand in.Although I haven't torn either brand gloves, the GorillaSupply felt a little stronger. Perhaps they are slightly thicker.The way the GorillaSupply gloves are packed in the box, they dispense properly. The Sterex gloves are jammed into the box in such a way that it is difficult to get a pair out of the top opening. This is true of both boxes I purchased.

When we buy poly gloves, we don't expect much. Poly gloves are the economy version of nitrile or even vinyl gloves. But poly gloves are now readily available, while the price for nitrile and vinyl gloves went way up. These are sized, which means they aren't so ridiculously oversize on an average hand as fits-all poly gloves. These have a light texture, so they feel a lot better. Overall, I am much happier using these gloves than I ever expected to be with any poly gloves. I'm glad that I gave them a try, and I will continue to use them for some purposes even after the pandemic ends and nitrile gloves become more available again.

The value is the only thing I can give these gloves credit for. The box is flimsy so the second time getting in them, they all came flying out as the box came apart. They fit very poorly so they are in the way more then anything. If using for meat which is what I got them for, the gloves come right off and stick to the food I’m trying to prepare by hand. I don’t recommend these.

I used to buy disposable gloves from the restaurant depot and this time I read some reviews and I give a try from amazon. The box size is half of the size from the gloves from the restaurant depot same 500ct. And of course the glove is way thinner than what I used have, that's why the box size is the way smaller. Very poor quality, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Green Direct Poly Gloves for food handling: My hand measures 7" from tip of middle finger to wrist and 3" across palm. The glove is anywhere from 1/2" to 1-1/2" longer than my fingertips depending on the finger. So ring finger and thumb are a lot shorter than the glove tip. Makes it hard to manage food where you need to use fingertips. These are big like the big shapeless gloves that come in hair dye boxes. I gave it a 3 because any glove that comes in a size small is a lot more expensive, so this is ok for the price.

They are clear plastic gloves. The medium size fits my hand a little loose at the wrist. Finger fit is ok. I use these for putting out the garbage and picking up stray plastic and paper bags and other stuff which the wind blows people throw away on the street which finds its way and settles on my lawn. I order my groceries online and they are left on the porch. I bring them in and wipe down the bags with disinfectant and dump the bags in the garbage or if they are made of paper. shred them and recycle in the composter. For this purpose the gloves are fine. Will order again as needed.

Gloves are great but that is price gouging.but i needed them. i paid over $20.00 for 500. I see now they are much less then thison amazon. so pls tell me what happened here.
