After attending a course where the little books were trained in, I decided to order a couple of the big books to help me working with my caseload. Fantastic and easy to use and made me feel very comfortable handling/responding to clients with mental health issues despite not having formal mental health qualifications. I'm not saying to become a psychotherapist, but it certainly improves your effectiveness and ability to deal with low level situations and allows you to identify if more specialist interventions are required through referral! Thank you!!!

GREAT
Great book focusing on CBT techniques to help overcome or manage anxiety, stress and panic. Comes with many practical examples so the user can read at their own pace and work their way through the exercises. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.

Interesting and informative
An interesting read but would have liked more on panic and nocturnal panic attacks in particular. Book was well presented.

With suffering severe anxiety it is difficult to even think about it but would this book I have managed to read and understand some of the stuff that has helped me understand what anxiety really is
