What do i need to have it fit a regulation mapp tank from home depot?

You need a mapp/propane regulator, adaptors from the regulator to the mapp gas cylinder. All parts available from Amazon.

I use a standard gas regulator that I got from a weld shop. small tool store you can try out the tip hose fittings. Craft stores may also carry tools.

The micro torch is a great product for Jewelry repair and crafting. Very dependable good quality not to mention a fantastic price.

Fittings are wrong for UK gas fittings.

It should have 3/8 bsp nuts, it has 5/16 nuts wrong for colecting to oxygen, acetylene or propane bottles. I had to make fittings and buy 3/8 bsp nuts to fit to gas. Other than that good bit of kit.
