Canidae Grain Free Pure Land Lamb Canned Dog Food, Case of 12, 13 oz.

I have three small dogs. The two chihuahuas are seniors. Finding a quality controlled high value dog food is quite a project these days. I switched to Canidae about a year ago. The dogs love it, and their health has been excellent. I still feed kibble (Canidae) with the canned food since small dogs tend to have terrible teeth. No recalls on this product, and that's important to me.

My 2 non picky chihuahuas don't like the flavor. The worst thing about it is that the texture semi-hardened cement. And for GODS SAKE DON'T REFRIGERATE IT! It's so hard to scoop out of the can or even break up for a meal. It's a goey, cementy mess. I'm less than thrilled with this brand.

This highly rated dog food is the only thing my 4 year poodle has eaten with gusto. She's responded with a healthy look about her. The lamb smells good enough for humans. The salmon is fishy and I only use this once in awhile, but my poodle likes it too. She's very finicky and this is the best food she's eaten in that she enjoys it, doesn't tire of it, and the health benefits are obvious. And it's GRAIN FREE!

Great dog food. Been using it for about a year for weight management. All three of my dogs have lost some weight!

All I can say is my dog loves it and she's extremely healthy and energetic.

My dog can eat almost nothing without consequence. This, she can eat without worry and she LOVES it!
