Simply superb...just connect monitor or Tv

The manufacturers support is none existent.If you are not computer savvy do not by this product. The manufacturers website is abysmal, this is not a plug and play computer.I had the return label for the device printed but decided to invest one more day of my time and I was able to find usable drivers for Win 10 on the AMD website to make it function as a home theater PC.

I do not write many affirmations, however, this mini PC replaced a mini-tower. I have mounted it under my reception counter which has freed up area to enlarge my work area. Loads software extremely fast. I have always purchased PC towers and this mini brings more value in all aspects to running a small business. I highly recommend this new technology. If your PC tower goes down, don't waste your time getting it fixed, this is a wonderful option. The recommendation came from my son who has one for gaming. My use is to run MS Office and support business software. Amazon also delivered it to me in under 12-hours!

I originally purchased this mini PC out of the need to replace my Lenovo Y700 gaming laptop which had served me for (6) years. I use this mini PC mainly for livestreaming my cartoon drawings, animation projects/process and fortnite gameplays on my Twitch channel.It's my first time purchasing a miniPC and it runs surprisingly fast! It doesn't over heat at all (not even getting warm) thanks to the many vents on the top, sides and back of the mini PC.It can also manage games with heavier details such as "Apex Legends" (although it runs best on low settings since the graphics card is integrated and NOT dedicated).I purchased the version with 16GB RAM and 500GB SSD storage which fits my needs and interned usage with the perfect balance!Pros:1. (2) HDMI cables included in package.2. (2) HDMI ports to support (2) displays.3. Has a 3.5mm headphone port.4. Also uses Bluetooth connectivity.5. Has WLAN port.6. Multiple vents to keep the mini PC cool at all times.7. Super quiet when not gaming (1/10) and fairly quiet while gaming (4/10).8. SSD storage and RAM are expandable!9. It's a small and powerful little PC which saves 95% of your desk space unlike your standard full-sized desktops.10. Includes a small vesa mount and screws in the package to save 100% of your desk space!Cons:1. Graphics is integrated NOT dedicated and can only run triple AAA games on low or medium settings for the smoothest gameplays.2. HDMI cables are very short (you may want to consider purchasing longer ones separately depending on your setup).3. No speakers on the miniPC itself for audio output (all sounds are output from the HDMI connected displays that have speakers such as a smartTV). If your display has no speaker, you'll need to consider connecting an external speaker via either one of the USB-A ports or headphone/aux input port on the miniPC.4. Keyboard and mouse will occupy (2) of the (4) USB-A ports on the miniPC. This can early be remedied by connecting an external hub.5. installs windows 11 just fine and runs at a reasonable speed. it would be nice to have 2 more 3.0 USB ports. I have not found a need to have two displays or two RJ45 jacks. I would think USB ports would be more useful to most people. I like how small it is and the fact I could add an internal 2.5" 512gb ssd to it with no fuss. it read the drive instantly and is running very well. The only other thing I would change is headphone jack. it should be on the back or side not the front. Having said all that, I would buy another one if I had the need for it.

funciona muy bien, es silenciosa y para que se den una idea, puede correr overtwatch en full HD a 60 fps pero con los graficos a la mitad, edite un video en 1080p a 60 fps de 12 minutos sin problemas pero en 4K si me daba pequeños problemas. Considero que es una PC gamer de gama media-baja
