Use a Polycom VVX500 at work and wanted to use this in conjunction with a V-Moda BoomPro Mic + Sony WH1000MX3. You can hear people clearly, better than most of Polycomms proprietary headsets, but no one could hear me on the other side. Tried plugging this in the handset jack as well and people could barely hear me. Probably works with other telephone systems, but not the Polycom vvx500.
