Review: Decent Management Book - I rented this because it was required for a class. It was not a bad read, and the authors did a good job of making some of the material, which could be dry, understandable. I think this book should be required reading for healthcare managers as it gives a wealth of information on how to manage people in the best way possible with plenty of examples and exercises.
