Things that might not affect you: The right bud was dead on arrival. The buds didn't properly stay in my particular shape ears.The case isn't easy to open with just one hand. Bit fiddly. They look good, but not as nice as the product images on Amazon.

I was hesitant in buying these because SO MANY reviews talk about how they aren't loud enough. IF you are connected to a phone, I most def agree. HOWEVER, I use them for when I'm working from my laptop so the sound is much more clear, loud, and less of a headache that I get from my over-the-ear headphones. So the 4 stars is because they aren't loud connected to a phone. These are comfortable to wear, but I wouldn't run around own in them because I feel like they would still fall out of my ear. I am also happy I was able to get them in my favourite colour.If you use them with a laptop, these are great!

I bought these mostly for the style of earbuds as I find them so comfortable.They're great for the gym, and don't fall out or move. Sound is great, and the earbud controls also.Only disappointing feature is the mic - I tried to use them for a Teams call, but my colleagues couldn't hear me beyond a whisper.

Cool design, fits perfectly to the ear, the battery lasts more than expected, microphone works properly, comes in a cute little box. Plus,you may forget you're wearing them.

Comfortable but stops working on zoom and similar softwares + very fiddly touch controls. Wouldn't recommend.
