Using a third party app like NFC TOOLS, yes, you can rewrite these.

How do you program it for wifi using an iphone? It came with no insptructions!!

Search for "NFC Tools" on your app store, and then look on utube for some examples.

do these work on Android devices as well as iPhone?

you need to download an app to write them but there are apps for most iphones and andriods.

Are they waterproof? I want to use them in clothing for my brand!

They'd do fine in light water, but a full washing will heavily damage them, and the dryer will finish it off

Perfect Amiibo cards

I bought these to make Amiibos for my Nintendo Switch using TagMo and an Android phone. They wrote perfectly, they update in games like Smash Bros Ultimate perfectly, and they fit into any credit card binder perfectly. I also purchased some Avery 2"x3" labels for them which fit well.
