Practicing casting at the moment as I am only a beginner. Must say that it is nice and light and easy to use

This set was a brilliant purchase for the price and it came with everything listed in a beautiful carry bag and the rod it's self is very light weight and looks brilliant. The reel came pre loaded and also has a cover for the reel. The bag has a side pocket and individual pockets for each section of the rod inside . The fly case for storing your flys that came as part of the package is a hard case with soft padding inside too store your flys. I would highly recommend this product too my friends and a few have purchased since. The hat is very nice aswell.

For a starter kit, it’s excellent. Im am experience fly fisherman and this was purchased for my 11 year old son as a beginner kit.A brief summary of all - The rod is excellent. Fly box is excellent. Tools are excellent. The reel is pretty good. Line is decent. Flies are bad.

I can’t fault the rod, reel & line which is what I bought it for (my son) tested it myself and was impressed. The other stuff that came with the combo are just a nice extra. Fly box, cap, nipper tool, extension cord, carrying case are good pluses in the pack and add great value. Flies are usable but better with your own selection.

Fantastic set, I wanted to start fly fishing again after 20+ years abroad. Bought this kit as a mid range set just to see what it was like.Totally happy with the quality rod reel and line. I was mindful of the pre wound line, but it was just great.Rod is so easy to cast, looking forward to some trout this year.

Not happy…Nothing wrong with the rod, but the reel is very bad… scratches all over it!!! The bearing system very stiff and not consistent expect a lot better quality for something so simple… avoid and order a different set.

If you're getting into fly fishing, then this rod is a brilliant starting place. You get many of the tools you need to get out onto the water and catch your first fish.

Bin zwar noch nicht am Wasser damit gewesen, aber im Trockenversuch hat mir das Gerät sehr gefallen, Ausarbeitung sehr schön. Preis - Leistung top

Für den Einsteiger gut geeignet die Auswahl an Fliegen ist ok allerdings sind keine Nymphen dabei was ich persönlich schade finde aber das ist Geschmacks Sache. Die aktion der rute ist für den preis ok und die mit gelieferte Tasche ist wunderbar. Das einzige was mich gestört hat ist die Schnur. Die Qualität ist gut nur die Farbe ist schwierig da die Schnur grün ist sieht man sie kaum wenn man zb vor Bäumen oder Büschen wirft aber diese ist schnell und günstig ausgetauscht. An sich ein gutes Set für dne Einsteiger

Eigentlich eine sehr zufriedenstellende Fliegenrute. Leider ist nach drei Monaten häufigem Gebrauch das Spitzensegment gebrochen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice und der Bitte um ein Ersatzteil wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Ersatzteile nicht verfügbar sind, jedoch wurde mir der volle Kaufpreis zurückerstattet. Rute und Rolle taugen nicht viel zum Fliegenfischen... Angeln ist in Ordnung für den Preis. Besser gleich eine vernünftige Rute zulegen als doppelt kaufen. Die Aktion unterstützt einen Scheibenwischer und wie gesagt hat das mit Fliegenfischen nicht viel zu tun, leider.
