Works great

I liked the ease of use and the gel did not make my teeth sensitive. There is no information on the gel and %. I have already run through two batteries and one that I bought was an Everready and I am not halfway through the gel so the unit is defective or the unit is terrible quality. The batteries are $4 each at Advance Auto Parts so it is much more expensive than the $21 I paid for it . Will be trying others and have to buy another companies unit because I am not buying 3 or 4 more batteries for it.

Or seems the tray was used before. No plastic found on the battery slot to be removed. The light was not turning on. It seems to me it was used before and they do not bother to change the batteries or is defected.

My daughter used the brightener three times. I gave it to her for her birthday on January 29th. The light for the whitening system won't come on. She changed the batteries still nothing. It is outside of the return window so she is stuck with defective product.

it came dead

I got the product and even though the box had a plastic cover the light seemed to be used had marks and scratches on the back, it supposed to have a plastic in the batteries that you should remove and put back so they last longer but that plastic was missing and the batteries were dead, processed an exchange and when I received the new box it was the same thing with the lights, returned both boxes 10 days ago and still waiting for the refund.
